Cavalier Tattoo’s Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all gift cards issued by Cavalier Tattoo’s.
By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Value & Usage

Gift cards can be redeemed against tattoo work, services, or products offered by Cavalier Tattoo.

Gift cards may be used towards a tattoo deposit.

If the service value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by the customer.

3. No Refunds

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either fully or partially.

No refunds are given for any unused balance.

4. Validity Period

Gift cards do not expire but we ask that your try to use them with in a 12 mount  time period.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

As long as the card hasn't been used and you have the information of the person who purchased the gift card  we can replace  your card if it is lost or stollen.

Please note, Our cards have random generated number, so if you have the number of your card it can also be redeemed.

6. Booking Policy

Standard booking and cancellation policies apply.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice, any deposit paid using a gift card may be forfeited.

7. Non-Transferability

Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the card (if applicable).

8. Proof of Gift Card

The physical gift card or digital code must be presented when redeeming or using it towards a deposit.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Cavalier Tattoo’s reserves the right to refuse service if a client does not meet our safety, age, or identification requirements.

In such cases, standard deposit and gift card rules still apply.

10. Changes to Terms

Cavalier Tattoo’s reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
